*By submitting this form, you authorise Dutch Caribbean Association Rotterdam (DCA) to collect your annual membership contribution via direct debit from your bank account. This will be done in accordance with the SEPA Core Direct Debit mandate, and the contribution will be debited once per academic year.

For the 2024-2025 academic year, the annual contribution is set at €15. Please note that this amount may be subject to change in future years, and you will be notified at least 14 days prior to any adjustments. The debit will appear on your bank statement as ‘Dutch Caribbean Association Rotterdam.’ You can withdraw your authorization at any time by contacting us at inquiry.dca@gmail.com.

If you disagree with this debit, you can request a reversal by contacting your bank within 8 weeks of the transaction. Please check with your bank for the relevant conditions. Should you decide not to renew your membership for the 2025-2026 academic year, please ensure you cancel your membership by August 1, 2025. DCA will retain your original authorization and any modifications for a period of at least 14 months after termination.
